Strong Ginjo Sake
At Osaka Sonezaki Shin Kitaryu, I asked for a sake with a strong ginjo aroma, and they recommended this one. I couldn't feel the ginjo aroma in my nose. But when I took a sip of it, the explosive power was amazing. It has a strange taste that seems to concentrate the flavor of sake, and I had it while imagining how it is brewed. It's a drink that makes you realize that this is a brewery with real power.
Of course, as a sake-within-a-sake, it will not destroy Hokuriku's cuisine. If you want to pair it with food in the cold season, lukewarm heating seems to be the best match. Let us know what you think of it.
I knew that Hokuryu-san had undergone a facelift, so I wanted to revisit. Thank you for a wonderful time.
