Beautiful drink. First prize!
The aroma that penetrates the nose, the smell that spreads in the mouth, the feeling that clings to the tongue, the comfort and aftertaste as it passes down the throat. I enjoy all kinds of sake on this axis. On this axis, the sake is in perfect balance. I describe this as a beautiful sake. I think it is one of the best in the world brewed sake category.
It can be enjoyed as a sake-within-a-serving. If you like heated sake, try it warmed on the skin. I think it's "OK", but let me know what you think.
