This bottle was recommended to me by a liquor store I frequent. It was my first time drinking it, so I chose Yamadanishiki, which is easy to understand. My impression was that it was surprisingly refreshing. I've never had a Yamadanishiki that was this refreshing when chilled, and I wish I'd had it in the summer. I'm looking forward to drinking it at room temperature or warmed up to maximize its potential.

I've always liked this brand. There was a limited edition sake for autumn, so I took it. As the name suggests, it has a clear mouthfeel, but the flavor spreads well. It has an elegant aroma, and I'm thinking it would have been better in a wine glass. Nagano seems to have a lot of gentle sake, probably because of the soft water. It is very easy to drink, so it makes you want to have another bottle.

It's a high-cost sake. It's hard to describe its flamboyance in terms of taste, but It is simply easy to drink! The sake smell is suppressed, but the flavor is still there. I had a chance to have matsutake mushrooms, so I challenged myself to make the best combination!
