It seems to be a limited edition, special Junmai Genshu made in 2020. We actually drank it in Minamiuonuma. The person at the shop told me the recommended way to drink it: chill it in the freezer and drink it. This is the best way in summer.
It is mellow and a little fruity. The aftertaste is soft and mellow, and it's really delicious. It might be the best one this year.
