At a company drinking party. Since it was served very chilled, the initial sourness was quite characteristic. The sourness was not sharp, but more like the sourness of fruit...? Gorgeous and fruity. It is a beautiful sake with a clear appearance and taste.

At a fish-style izakaya on the second day of our trip to Okinawa. It has a sweet taste but is refreshing. It has no unpleasant sweetness, so it is said to go well with seafood, but...? I think it goes better with egg omelet and other animal-based sweetness. If you drink it by itself, I think it's delicious because it's gorgeous and refreshing. I personally don't know if it goes well with grilled fish....

Ikebukuro Teshigotoya Refreshing and fruity aroma. The mouthfeel is so beautiful that you may think, "Oh, it's non-alcoholic...? but the sweetness rushes in after the acidity. It gives the impression of pears. The umami is strong, but the overall flavor is refreshing. I think it would be better with lemon than shiso, and with marinade or carpaccio than sashimi. It is like a wine or Riesling. Light and light...perfect for those who don't like the robustness of sake, but maybe not enough for the true drinker.

Ikebukuro Teshigotoya Super dry Fruity aroma with a lingering finish. Full-bodied and sharp. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Tastes like you want something to snack on.
