At a fish-style izakaya on the second day of our trip to Okinawa. It has a sweet taste but is refreshing. It has no unpleasant sweetness, so it is said to go well with seafood, but...? I think it goes better with egg omelet and other animal-based sweetness.
If you drink it by itself, I think it's delicious because it's gorgeous and refreshing. I personally don't know if it goes well with grilled fish....
