It was slightly carbonated, and when I opened the package, I thought the smell was quite strong, but once I started drinking it, it went down very easily.
The fourth station
Sake Mirai is a rice suitable for sake brewing that the Takagi Sake Brewery spent a long time working on.
It was a little low in alcohol and soft in the mouth. It is perfect for sushi.
The second station.
It was the first time I saw this sake.
It is made in Saitama Prefecture by women in their 20s.
It was refreshing, perfect for a mealtime drink, and had a kind of cute taste.
I had always thought it was delicious, and then I saw a TV special on sake breweries and became even more of a fan of Kuheiji's beliefs and passion. I am now savoring the sake while being thankful for the delicious sake that they have produced💕.
I love the slightly carbonated flavor and aroma, and I can drink it all the time.
