Rice: Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio: 50 I was looking for a junmai ginjo from Gohyakumangoku and I came across this one. It has a light and refreshing taste, which is typical of Gohyakumangoku. I have the impression that it is a refreshing dry sake with an aftertaste that quickly disappears 😊. The ginjo aroma is fresh with a hint of citrus ⭐️. Its freshness is perfect for a nightcap lol.

I was looking for a sake drink. I couldn't help but buy it because of the jacket or how nice it was 🍶. Fruity ginjo aroma It had a clean, uncluttered taste that can only come from a bag suspension ✨. It is a raw sake, so the alcohol content was high at 17 It is quite easy to drink and a bit dangerous lol. It was an aromatic but easy-drinking daiginjo with little aftertaste! The price is a little high, a little over 1000 yen for 180ml. I was highly satisfied 😊.

We had Tenmei today 🌟. I drank it for the first time and it had a delicate taste that you would never guess from the image on the label 🍶. Vanilla-like ginjo aroma and mild mouthfeel. Fresh and fruity taste. It gives the impression of delicate and clean sake with the flavor of rice ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡. Perhaps due to the low-temperature aging process, the sake does not have the heaviness of regular aged sake, making it easy to drink and recommend 💫✨.

Tonight we had Sharaku in a hanayaka (flower-cooled) setting 🍶. The aroma is fruity and reserved, and the mouthfeel is really mild and easy to drink 🌟. As the temperature rises a little, the taste of rice spreads. It is a well-balanced sake that is easy to recommend to beginning sake drinkers ☺️.
