I was looking for a junmai ginjo from Gohyakumangoku and I came across this one.
It has a light and refreshing taste, which is typical of Gohyakumangoku.
I have the impression that it is a refreshing dry sake with an aftertaste that quickly disappears 😊.
The ginjo aroma is fresh with a hint of citrus ⭐️.
Its freshness is perfect for a nightcap lol.
