The restaurant has a great atmosphere, although the price is high, as it is carefully made in barrels. The roku was delicious. Many nigori sake are bland, but this one has a freshness that reminds me a little of lactic acid beverages, and is mellow and flavorful, yet refreshing.
Next time I want to try all the varieties at Obuse's in-house bar ✨.
