Husband: rice, water, yeast are all from Ishikawa prefecture. I tried it cold and it was gentle and refreshing (my wife and I have different opinions lol)👀 It seems to be better when chilled to a crisp. It is slightly effervescent and 12% alcohol and I drink it more and more! This is delicious, highly recommended 🎊
Wife: My hometown is in Ishikawa prefecture and I have always liked Tedorigawa, but I never knew it had such a cute label ✨The fizziness is only faintly noticeable and it is just soft with a gentle sweetness that lingers on the palate. Delicious! But personally, I'd prefer a sake with a more refreshing aftertaste.
