The rice tastes firm and has a lot of umami. The aftertaste is rather delicious.
As it is said to be a carnivorous wine, it seems to go well with grilled meat and fatty fish.
This is my first time drinking it, but it is delicious.
Be careful not to drink too much as it has a high alcohol content.
This is the kind of sake I would like to have on special occasions.
