Since it was Christmas Eve, I opened a bottle of Silent Night that I had been saving!
It's delicious!
It's a bit sweeter than I thought it would be! The sweetness of the rice is stronger than expected! The sweetness is not there, but it disappears at the end, leaving just a hint of sweetness in the mouth!
I drank it with Italian food and it was delicious!

I bought it after seeing it introduced on the SakeLabo channel as the best sake for cosmetic purposes😄.
It's so delicious!
I love the way the sweetness spreads and disappears in the aftertaste 😊.

Local Banshu sake
Ryuryoku's Dragon Series Green was delicious at room temperature.
I thought it had more sweetness after the second serving - I don't know.
It's mild with an initial mouthfeel of sweetness, but the aftertaste is very alcoholic.
