Koganezawa Kura no Hana 35, limited to Watahan Sake When you put it in your mouth, the moment you think the fabulously gorgeous aroma spreads, it disappears in a flash and the sake smell is gone. The pleasure of alternating between the food and the Kura-no-Hana 35 in the mouth. It is a good price, but it may be the ultimate food sake. This sake has a completely different character from the previous Koganezawa. Is this the first time Kura-no-Hana has been polished to 35%? It's amazing!

I was on a drinking binge. I found this at a liquor store I wandered by. It seems to be a special sake. It was surprisingly rich and thick. It had a strong aroma and I drank it lazily. I am glad that Nagano is also full of delicious sake! I hope we can meet again next year.

It's delicious without any complaints. It is quite rich and has a strong aroma. It was the perfect sake for when you just want to drink.

Junmai Daiginjo-shu made by polishing Kura-no-Hana to 40%. The first sip reveals its mellowness. It is somewhat mellow. There is not much fruitiness, but it is tangy and tasty with a little gas. Moreover, I never get tired of it. This is my first Miyakanbai, and it's great.

Purchased at a liquor store in Sendai in the fall. I opened it on New Year's Eve. It is a little spicy, unrelated to the fruity taste of recent years, and the alcohol content is low at 14%. At first I drank it by itself, but as soon as I paired it with sashimi or meat, it doubled in deliciousness! It was the "ultimate food sake," as the sign says, and made me want to sip it more and more to drown out the greasy food. It was a great way to end the year. I hope to encounter many delicious sake next year as well.

I found it today at a local liquor store. I made oden and drank it right away... The citrusy fruit aroma filled my mouth and nose along with a slight carbonation-like gaseous sensation. Too delicious. It is too good. It makes my oden a little salty. I hope I can buy it again. It was a great sake experience. Thank you very much.

Purchased on a trip to Sendai. We had it as an accompaniment to our first potluck this fall. It's so fruity, yet so pleasant to drink, as if it's washing away the fatty pork! It has become one of my favorite bottles.
