Purchased at a liquor store in Sendai in the fall.
I opened it on New Year's Eve.
It is a little spicy, unrelated to the fruity taste of recent years, and the alcohol content is low at 14%.
At first I drank it by itself, but as soon as I paired it with sashimi or meat, it doubled in deliciousness!
It was the "ultimate food sake," as the sign says, and made me want to sip it more and more to drown out the greasy food.
It was a great way to end the year.
I hope to encounter many delicious sake next year as well.
