Personal preference ☆☆☆☆ Choice from the label "Summer Nama Sake." The aroma is light and fluffy. Slightly carbonated and fruity on the palate. It leaves a slight lingering aftertaste, so it may be sweet. I'm not a big fan of sweet aftertaste, but I think this one has a moderate aftertaste. It is a very delicious sake.

Personal preference: ☆☆☆☆ *Over time ☆☆☆☆ What surprised me when I opened the bottle The "rice aroma" was gorgeous and the best aroma (rice aroma) I have ever had in a sake. It is very refreshing and fruity in the mouth. And it cuts through quickly. However, even though it is supposed to run out, the delicious flavor of sake comes up gradually afterwards, making it a very interesting and tasty sake. It is a new sensation for me. I liked it, but when I drank it a week after opening the bottle, I found that it had lost its taste. I drank it, I felt that it had lost its taste, not that it had aged or changed its taste. I felt it had lost its taste. I recommend to finish drinking it after opening the bottle. If you do that, you will enjoy this sake a lot. The following is an introduction Fruity flavor with elegant sweetness AKABU Akabu is a standard Junmai Ginjo-shu. It has a fruity taste with an elegant sweetness, and a full-bodied, umami flavor. It is a healing sake that makes the most of the rich flavor characteristic of "Ginginga," Iwate's rice suitable for sake brewing.

I bought this one under the claim that "if you can't afford HANA-YOU-YAKU, this is the one for you. I personally prefer this one. Personal preference ☆☆☆☆ Here is the introduction Aromatic and refreshingly sweet, fruity junmai ginjo nama sake like a white wine. This freshly squeezed junmai ginjo nama sake is very popular every winter for its overwhelming juiciness from the brewery that carefully produces sake in Tosa, Kochi, where the Kuroshio Current is vibrant. This refreshing sweet sake is made with Hachitan-Nishiki rice produced in Hiroshima Prefecture and Kochi yeast (CEL-24), which was developed at the Kochi Prefectural Industrial Technology Center to produce highly aromatic sake, and is brewed at a luxurious 14% alcohol by volume. It has an aroma reminiscent of apples and pineapples, and a perfect balance of sourness and sweetness, giving it a refreshing and fruity taste just like white wine.

Personal preference ☆☆☆☆ Tsuchida kimoto Tsuchida Shuzo Kawaba-mura, Gunma Junmai Ginjo Ingredients: Rice (Gunma), Rice Koji (Gunma) Rice polishing ratio: 60% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice Alcohol content: 14% Yeast used: Association No. 701 Malted Rice type used: Yellow malted rice for shochu, White night malted rice for shochu Comment When the bottle is opened, the first impression of the aroma is Smells like "amazake" (sweet sake). When poured, it looked clear and smooth, but once in the mouth, the sweetness spreads along with a mild mouthfeel. After that The umami and acidity of the rice follow, but not to a persistent degree. A new taste for me personally. This is interesting. Below is the label message Tsuchida Kimoto〉This clear, refreshing sake with robust acidity and umami, nurtured by natural lactic acid bacteria, and with a low cloying taste, goes well not only with Japanese food, but also with Western food. It has a modern taste that is both old and new, and is an expression of the Kimoto brewing method used in the Edo period (1603-1868) in the Tsuchida Shuzo style. Cold sake ◎ Room temperature ◯ Lukewarm ◎ Warmed

Personal preference: ☆☆☆☆☆ Koshinotsuru Honmasa Niigata limited sale Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Kameguchi direct 100% Nagaoka-grown (Gohyakumangoku) Polishing ratio 55 Koshi Meisho Co. Purchased when I stayed in Yuzawa in March. It was so delicious that I bought it when I stayed in Yuzawa in March. I bought it when I went to Yuzawa again. (I am a repeat customer.) A slight and discreet fizziness. Refreshing aroma The mouth is tight and clean. Slight sweetness? Umami of rice? The lingering taste is very refreshing. I've been drinking (though not much) It is my favorite sake. It seems that this season (early April), this sake is not available. I think they are going to have something else (according to the guy at the store). I can't go wrong with a sake sold only in Niigata! (^^)

Personal preference: ☆☆☆☆ Active nigorigo (rice gruel) Shirotaki Junmai Ginjo-shu (Limited edition sake) Dry Chilled ◎ Creamy The fizzy feeling is quite shwashy. Be careful when opening the bottle. Open it lightly and close it again and repeat many times to avoid blowing out. This schwashiness is not half bad. Creamy in the middle Is it smooth and sharp to a certain degree? I think I'm going to get addicted to it. 2nd day Taste has changed and mellowed somewhat. The fruity aroma is even more pronounced. The schwash, the sharpness, and the Aroma and very tasty!

Personal preference: ☆☆☆☆ Purchased in Yuzawa last week. The first sensation? Aroma. What an aroma when you open the bottle. "Oh, is this rich? It's possible..." Aroma. When I drank it, it was still full-bodied? and also slightly effervescent First time tasting it. It has a sharpness and umami (of the first taste). The umami is not the same as the umami of rice (which I felt in Gohyakumangoku). If I had to describe it differently, would it be savory? I came to like this one.
