This freshly squeezed junmai ginjo nama sake is very popular every winter for its overwhelming juiciness from the brewery that carefully produces sake in Tosa, Kochi, where the Kuroshio Current is vibrant. This refreshing sweet sake is made with Hachitan-Nishiki rice produced in Hiroshima Prefecture and Kochi yeast (CEL-24), which was developed at the Kochi Prefectural Industrial Technology Center to produce highly aromatic sake, and is brewed at a luxurious 14% alcohol by volume. It has an aroma reminiscent of apples and pineapples, and a perfect balance of sourness and sweetness, giving it a refreshing and fruity taste just like white wine.
