We took the monorail to visit Hirai, a Japanese sake brewery we had our eye on. Third cup, Imanishi! Delicious 😋Asahi rice is 👍I felt more mellow flavor than Mimuro cedar 😊. First cup Houou Mita Hongin Choice of the store owner 🥹. Second cup Kangiku Ginkai I found it. I drink it. Beloved Kangiku. The fourth cup Shirakihisa Black Label Koshihikari Shirokiku 😊 still delicious 😋.

When I asked for a "refreshing" type of sake, this is what came out. It is dry and a little strong in alcohol. It was indeed refreshing, but...it was a bit hard to drink. It didn't pair well with the snacks, so maybe it wasn't my favorite sake. The cheesecake with walnuts in it was delicious and seemed to go well with the sake, but it didn't go well with this drink at all. Too bad. The name is similar to #Masamune. I've never seen this brand before. I was curious, so I googled it a little. I found out that it was made by a brewery that uses wine yeast, which I was also curious about. I was so curious that I tried it 😄. So I tried it 😄. But when I asked him about it, he said that this brand does not use wine yeast. But when I asked him about it, he said that this brand is not made with wine yeast. It's crisp and refreshing. It's delicious as a food sake and can be enjoyed as a pairing sake and you can enjoy pairing with it.

We finally met! In a glass of wine The gorgeous and mellow aroma The aroma is gorgeous, rich, and light, and it runs through your nostrils! I can't wait to taste it 😋. The mouth is filled with flavor and aroma without betraying it. It is a little dry and flows down the throat 😄. It was delicious ☺️
