Rating [A]. It is unusually sweet for Tatenogawa. The sake is brewed with a variety of rice called "Sobei Haya". It has a light acidity in the aroma, but the taste is a bit nukey even though it's polished to 50%. Classic rice? It's interesting and unique! Interesting and unique!
