The last of the J&N Nigori Festival is...yes, ❗️ Jigon 🤗I saw it on SNS about a month ago and went to Ikeda Sake Shop for the first time in a while to get it👍.
I also bought Gobashi wa:in, Keiraku Tojo Yamadanishiki, and Daimine Fuyu no Otoshiri to fulfill the purchase requirement. Each of them were all delicious 😋.
Now let's open the bottle 🤗I carefully opened the bottle to drink the top clear liquid, but then it started to ollie dance 💃! It was all mixed at once 😄Let's have some 🎵.
The fruity taste and umami with a slight bitterness in the second half! Everything is in harmony like the Vienna Choir 🥹.
Now let's announce the results of the nigori festival 📣.
If you are looking for sweet and sour freshness, it's "Otosore" in winter!
If you are looking for bittersweet, crisp and refreshing, go for "Yukigumo".
Hirotogawa for a balance of sweet and bitter
Jikin for beautiful harmony
Hmmm... it's hard to choose which one is the winner 😫.
The balance of Jigin was the best, but J&N dares to go for Sesshokumo 🤔.
