All my year-end plans are cancelled. I am the saddest that I can't go to my favorite Yakitori restaurant to greet the end of the year.

I saw this one posted on Sake-no-wa and wanted to try it.

The first day
First, the aroma. The sweet aroma is already blissful!
The sweetness in the mouth is very strong and you can taste it the moment you take a sip.
The beautiful and delicious sweetness, which is hard to describe, sinks in.
The lingering blissful aftertaste with a hint of bitterness and sweetness.
This is too delicious!
It is a really delicious sake that you may enjoy drinking by itself!
Fourth day
The sweet and refreshing aroma that passes through the nose from the sweet flavor is irresistible!
After that, there is a lingering, slightly bitter aftertaste.
When served with a meal, the sweetness is less pronounced than on the first day, and the lingering pungency that spreads in the mouth gives the impression that it is easier to serve with a meal.
