Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ③. Ichinomiya Sake Brewery of Iwami Ginzan and Rika. I had bought Yukika at Hanshin Department Store in Amagasaki in the past. I found out that it was Mr. Rika, the toji (master brewer), who was standing in the store at that time😅. I tasted the following Iwami Ginzan Special Junmai Hiyoshi Oroshi Rika Junmai Ginjo Kaihatanryu Ichitunya TANE Nama-zake Yukika Sparkling None of them left much of an impression on me, but I thought the Yukika was as tasty as ever. It was sweet and strong, like a strong calpis soda. I would like to try it again because Sugidama-san in Kyoto sells Iwami Ginzan.

A junmai ginjo with rare local improved eighteen flowing streams. This is another sake from the online tour Oda City. Cold and delicious! It has a juicy, rice-like flavor and is a great sipper. The color is clear and not too strange. Your heiress was a wonderful drinking girl!

(2020年3月19日) 2月末から外食自粛生活、3週間ぶりに外呑みへ。川崎・新丸子の日本酒バル「御千」にて、3月は季節がら「新酒・生酒」…。 ⭐️ 「石見銀山 特別純米しぼりたて/生原酒(無濾過)」(島根・大田)冷や、改良八反流60%+2……この日壱番の発見、チャレンジャブルな酒米のわりに香り控えめも、けっこう繊細な風味・甘さ何とも言えぬ柔らかさ(?)、コレ好きです!意外でした、結果的に(宮城でいう)"究極の3杯目"
