Sekimusume Appreciation Kuradashi Daiginjo Genshu.
We started with Super Dry and tuna sashimi, followed by Sekimusume, crab and tofu fluffy tempura. Since it is the original sake from the kuradashi, we could enjoy the flavor of the rice perfectly.
Slightly scented with a hint of ginjo.
Light sweetness
Almost no acidity.
soft deliciousness
Light in the mouth.
The back door is clear.
Mellow sake, maybe even chilled
It is Sekimusume again.
It's dry and perfect for this season, so it goes well with all kinds of foods. Today, I'm going to have it with "Hanakori-ten" which is a specialty of Yamaguchi prefecture.
