This is the first time I tasted it. I have not drunk from this square, but it tastes like sawdust. Tastes like a wood yard. Dried rosemary? If I were to pair this with a smoked cheese, it would be a smoked cheese. Hurdling, I learned a lot.

Practice Notes
Clear and yellowish on the outside, with aromas of raw rice, green apples and lemon peel, the palate is pungent and sharp with a slight acidity, and the luxurious aromas disperse in the mouth and become more aromatic with each taste. The finish is medium-bodied, with low alcohol and a light, spicy taste overall, which women who like spicy flavors may enjoy.

Color is a little yellowish.
Aroma is like sake, not bad.
When you put it in your mouth, it tastes heavy and dry. It has a sweet aftertaste.
It is good to drink while eating something.
We compared three kinds of sake at Sake and Snacks Mori. It is soft and sweet on the palate with a smooth finish. It is light, delicious and easy to drink.
This sake is made by Morikuni, the only sake brewery on Shodoshima.
As soon as you open the bag, the aroma of Japanese cypress spreads through the air.
(It's a secret that I, a naive person, was surprised to know that sake smells like this even without opening the bottle...! It's a secret between us that I was surprised.
The first sip comes directly from the bottle. (I'm sure it's bad manners.)
The flavor is popular among women, so it's sweet and easy to drink.
Now, from here on, it's poured into Hinoki Masu.
I was confused as to where to put my mouth.
The fresh smell of cypress goes through your nose when you take the first step to sip it, and the atmosphere becomes luxurious at once.
The image is that of a high-class, long-established ryokan.
It was an experience that opened a new door for me to drink sake from Hinoki masu, and I felt like I had climbed the stairs to adulthood.
These are the miscellaneous impressions of a sake beginner.

It has a round sweetness and a smooth throat.
The sourness is well controlled, and it is like a tortoise-shell candy or banana 🍌
It is like a fruit ole that I used to drink.
It's filled with the kind thoughts of the brewer ^ ^.
