I am I consider it one of the strongest Echigo sake. The Sake no Jin Cancelled for two years. 21 is served around 1:00 p.m. at the sake festival. I was meant to be able to drink it. First time in 3 years 21 I bought that one too ☝.

This limited edition sake was introduced at Niigata's Local Sake Defense Force. The taste is already fluttering around. When tasting it, it was so raw that it was already slightly effervescent. It has a great impact, a nice, clean taste, goes well with food, and can be enjoyed on its own. It is delicious!

Ichikozo Junmai Unfiltered A glass at the Tera Sauna venue*. Sweet aroma with a sense of rice*. Dry, with a hint of sweetness, and little miscellaneous flavor. Good sharpness with a decent amount of sweetness from the rice*. It was delicious as a drink over a smoldering bonfire and shisha*.
