Only "Koshitanrei" sake rice grown by local sake brewers in the terraced rice paddies of Tochio, a region rich in nature, is used.
Ichibrew" brewed with rice grown from the first rice is a beautiful sake that can only be made here in Tochio.
It has a light, refreshing finish.
Some time ago, I happened to see on TV that the rice fields and the brewery were destroyed by the Chuetsu Earthquake, and that everyone rebuilt the rice fields and the brewery together. I definitely wanted to buy this sake.
It goes well with all kinds of Japanese food!

This limited edition sake was introduced at Niigata's Local Sake Defense Force.
The taste is already fluttering around. When tasting it, it was so raw that it was already slightly effervescent.
It has a great impact, a nice, clean taste, goes well with food, and can be enjoyed on its own.
It is delicious!
