We received sake from the Nakajima Sake Brewery, whose store and other facilities were destroyed by the Noto Peninsula earthquake and suffered extensive damage. This is the first time we have received sake from this brewery.
The aroma is mild😊The flavor of the rice fills your mouth 😋 after a light sweetness, it finishes with a slight acidity and bitterness 😘.
It was a delicious sake with a robust flavor, yet light to drink 😚👍.
