☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ (not rated) ひこThis sake is from Wajima city in Ishikawa prefecture. It was dry and quite tasty. TomatomatoAt "Higashiyama Sakuraku", a standing bar where you can compare 80 kinds of local sake from Ishikawa
When I went to Kanazawa....
I recorded it for my memorandum.
きまぐれSmooth sake. The acidity is characteristic. The three are bashful. The weight is not that much. Moist and relaxed. Kire. 85 points
Sweetness:2.6
Sourness:3
Dryness:2.7
Aroma:2.6 WOMLocal but first time. Perfect for everyday drinking! Sake rice is Hyakumangoku no Shiro. NoriThe smell is that of sake, like the smell of an old brewery, with acidity and a floral sweetness. When you drink it, the dark taste, sweetness and flowery aroma spread. It is not easy to get rid of, but there is a feeling that it remains on the tongue, but it is not unpleasant because you do not feel the alcohol so much. It can be said that the aftertaste is long. It is a good sake. It is a good sake brewery though it is a small brewery and I have not seen it so much in Kanazawa. I want to buy various kinds again.
It is a sake brewery in Saga for some reason, but it is Wajima in Noto. NoriThe color is yellow but clear and clean. The smell of alcohol and the smell of the acid which touches the nose. It smells thick.
It is unexpectedly easy to drink.
It is easy to drink and delicious than the imagination though it feels a strong sourness and a slight sweetness. The bitterness remains on the tongue. It is a strange sake which is like an old-fashioned sake with a thud and comes in clearly. It is cheap, and I think it is a good sake.
It is registered in Saga for some reason, but it is a sake brewery in Wajima, Noto. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
