They say France says it goes well with chocolate. A place called Koshinohana Sake Brewery used to make it but went out of business in 2018. Takahashi Sake Brewery has managed to produce a Kingfisher's Journey that was popular with the French. This sake itself tastes bitter and chocolatey. But it's drinkable without being sweet. I was surprised to find such a sake that goes so well with chocolate. If you like sweet sake, you should definitely try it! Bitter chocolate as a snack ★4

A drink that goes well with chocolate. Before eating chocolate, it is sweet and has a gorgeous aroma without being overpowering. When you drink it after eating chocolate, it is refreshing and like a white wine.
