A place called Koshinohana Sake Brewery used to make it but went out of business in 2018.
Takahashi Sake Brewery has managed to produce a Kingfisher's Journey that was popular with the French.
This sake itself tastes bitter and chocolatey.
But it's drinkable without being sweet.
I was surprised to find such a sake that goes so well with chocolate.
If you like sweet sake, you should definitely try it!
