My wife and I visited George in Tsutsukaoka, a somewhat upscale restaurant that she found for us. Of course, I was the one who was taken there.
The restaurant is usually full of reservations, but we were lucky enough to find a seat for two.
First, I had the "Isei Happiness" drink.
It has a clean mouthfeel with just the right amount of umami and sharpness. Although it is a honjozo, it has an exquisite balance without making you feel the alcohol. It is well made.
I think I was right to order this first.

Fresh, slightly fruity and sweet taste. Clear, soft and happy.
(Note: I drank it all on January 17. It took a long time because it was too delicious and I consumed it carefully. かっぷくWe had it at a friend's house.
