I couldn't figure out the difference, so I looked it up and found out that namaizume is heated before storage, but not before shipping. Maybe in a couple of months I'll forget again.

嫁さんの実家から、きりたんぽ、いぶりがっこと共に送って貰った地元のお酒。
十和田湖畔で雪中貯蔵を行い、雪により0度以下に保たれた中で熟成されたお酒で、まろやかで美味しい。
今回は久しぶりに曲げわっぱの徳利と猪口で頂いたので、更に格別。
