Quiet as soon as you drink it, but the spiciness follows later. The spiciness goes to the nose and the aftertaste slowly disappears.

Followed by Hououmida. It is still delicious.... It's like water that you can drink easily, but at the same time you can feel the spiciness in your throat. I regret now that I drank it without cooling it last time. It should be chilled before drinking. Even if you drink it after the Hououmita Akaban, you can still feel the firm and beautiful character of this sake. It is still my favorite dry and refreshing sake.

It is honestly delicious. It has no peculiarities and goes down your throat easily. It's still a decent dry taste. The faint aroma makes you feel very comfortable. I think this sake is like a jewel made from the beautiful water of Suwa in Nagano. I'm glad to be able to drink it from the New Year. Miyasaka Jozo also has Masumi, but I'm going with Yamahana!

　I went to Tateshina by GoTo travel. I visited Suwa Lake, which I had been looking forward to visiting, and toured Suwa Gogura (Five Breweries). I visited them, but it was just the appearance of each brewery. 　I bought some of their sake at Masumi and Maihime. 😋😋😋😋 I 　When poured into a wine glass, the gorgeous aroma of the ginjo aroma stimulates your nose and makes you think 😋 delicious. 　Sip😃 Mmmmm! Smooth and really good❗️👍 Several flavors subtly argue with each other, and the aroma that passes through your throat stimulates your nose 🤗. With cheese and beans 🤗. Rice polishing ratio 45%. Alcohol Content: 15 degrees.

I regretted drinking it without chilling it properly... Of course, I immediately chilled it again and drank it again... It's just not the same! This, this, this! The spicy and aromatic "delicious sake" that I drank last time! It's just like this! When you put it in your mouth, the moderate spiciness moistens the back of your throat, and while it has a pleasant aroma, the aftertaste is smooth and doesn't linger that long. Well... Delicious.

The first time I drank it, it wasn't chilled enough to make it seem like a cheap drink. When I hurriedly cooled it down to a ginormous temperature and drank it again, the spiciness surged through me in a flash and I felt something fresh. Because the slightest hint of aroma spreads to the back of your throat and doesn't linger. Even the best knobs won't interfere with that.

山花って信州の花でしょうか、信州の花は「りんどう」ですね。日常生活ではなかなか見る機会がないけど、しとやかな花のイメージがあります。小さいけどりんとしたたたずまいの青い花ですね。そんな信州のイメージにぴったりなお酒、そして信州気質の真面目な辛口のお酒です。さっぱりしてて、口当たりが良く、クセがないお酒ですね。口の中でコロコロしたら辛さが引き立つけど嫌味がないですね。華やかさはないけど、飽きがこないお酒ですね。冷やして飲むとバツグンに良いですよ。これからも時々お付き合いしたいお酒です。私は信州の山が好きです。若い頃は信州の山を何回も登りました。「山男」って憧れました。硬派で自然を愛する男です。そんな「山男」が愛するお酒だと思います🍶

花火を楽しんだ後に冷酒で。 ずっと飲めばやや辛口で心地よい香りが鼻に抜ける。後を引かず、スッキリ。 下の上で楽しめば辛さが楽しめる。美味しいお酒。 このお酒、好きやなー。
