Next, Akaban Omachi Special Junmai from Rimori Shuzo.
Rimori Shuzo is handled by Kibune-san, so I had some idea of what to expect from the sake.
Personally, I found it to have a robust flavor.
Since I was already in a drunken state, I could not discern the Omachi character. 😱.
I decided on omakase and it was quite generous, too much for an older person. 😅
