Raw sake. Junmai-shu brewed with wine yeast. At first sip, it is fruity. The aftertaste is full of umami and the aroma of rice.

Junmai-shu brewed with wine yeast. It is very sweet and really like a white wine. It may not be enough for those who want to drink sake.

My first sake with wine yeast! Yamaya was offering 20% off with d-points, so I bought some to compare. I was surprised to see how different it is from the sake I usually drink! I didn't know wine yeast could give it such a winey taste! It's a good thing I drank it while I was in the mode of only savoring sake after I finished my meal. At first it seemed like plum wine! It's good for drinking on its own.

田んぼソムリエ
A sake brewery in Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture. It is known for its "Rikishi" series of sake. It's a dark and full-bodied sake. I think it is a slightly more mature version of the darker Junmai-Ginjo unpasteurized sake from Tohoku.
