The acidity is crisp but also sweet, more like a beautiful Shaoxing wine.
It is easy to drink because of its firm sweetness.
It is similar to Flax Cat, but it is more like a Shintschida type of wine.
It's delicious, though you have to choose how you drink it.
Acid-sweet A+
(in Japanese) 🍷

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
I see... wine yeast.
Junmai-shu made from domestic rice with wine yeast.
Enjoy the sweet and sour fruity flavor.
Sake soaking satisfaction: 🍶
My first sake with wine yeast! Yamaya was offering 20% off with d-points, so I bought some to compare. I was surprised to see how different it is from the sake I usually drink! I didn't know wine yeast could give it such a winey taste! It's a good thing I drank it while I was in the mode of only savoring sake after I finished my meal. At first it seemed like plum wine! It's good for drinking on its own.
A sake brewery in Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture. It is known for its "Rikishi" series of sake. It's a dark and full-bodied sake. I think it is a slightly more mature version of the darker Junmai-Ginjo unpasteurized sake from Tohoku.
