酸味が薄いながらも濃い味わいを感じさせます。
やや辛口でクセが残る感じもあります🍶

北海道の蔵元は全て投稿していたつもりだったのですが、金滴だけ何故か抜けていました。
燗酒用に買いました。冷やだと、天ぷらなどの脂っこい料理が割とマッチしますね。
アテなしだと、とにかくお米の甘味（決して甘口ではないです）が強調され過ぎるので、あまり好みではないですね。
燗だと甘味が少し消えて、ちょうど良く辛みが出てくるので、しっぽり呑むのに良いですねー
