I bought a small bottle of Kikusui Shuzo at a nearby convenience store 🥂.
It was labeled as a ginjo-shu, but the aroma was subdued and it was a delicious regular sake with just the right amount of umami 😋.
I got a mini bottle from an acquaintance once, and I thought it was delicious! I hadn't had it for a while.
It's been a while since I found it, but it's still delicious.
It has a strong flavor, but is easy to drink!

The hammered glass bottle and the label designed to match it are pretty cool.
There's not much of an aroma. The color is also almost transparent. This sake has no peculiarities and is light and complements food. The more we drank, the more we felt comfortable with it.
It seems like it's been a long time since the design was stylishly redesigned. The gory sake feeling has disappeared from the brand. It is difficult to feel the ginjo aroma in both the rising aroma and the mouth aroma. The light and dry taste unique to Niigata can be felt from the first taste. Since it is difficult to feel the freshness of the nama-zume when it is cold, I would like to try the taste with cold sake. However, the appearance of a sake can change its taste.
