Uncrowned emperor at home again today. I made a lot of snacks. Chicken steak, yakitori yagen, chicken skin and garlic peach. I think Mukontei is dry, but when you drink it with a lot of sour snacks, it feels sweet. Best ‾Best ‾Best ‾Best ‾Best ‾Best ‾Best ‾Best ‾Best

Home drinking. Chilled Mukontei, homemade grilled chicken and pork kim. I can't get enough of it. Mukontei is dry, goes well with the snacks, but has an assertive taste. When I noticed, it was half gone. Tonight, too, sake is sinking in.

Not overly aromatic, but really delicious. Very rice forward: rice flour, but with sweetness of lychee, cotton candy, green banana. Certain creaminess to it, almost like plastic model paint? (I mean that in a good way.) Again, rice forward on the palate. Creamy and fruity like a banana milkshake. Quite clean and dry, but isn't lacking in depth. Very slight nuttiness like almond milk, and a refreshing acidity. I really like this. Just under room temp now but could be good cooler or even warm. 4/5

Packet Buying. What's the difference between Junmai Ginjo and Ginjo? I was wondering, but now I know indeed. Junmai Ginjo is delicious. It's not undrinkable, but the alcohol feeling at the beginning is strong... The taste is monotonous, so if you add cherry syrup and ice, it's very tasty🌸.

Uncrowned emperor purchased at FamilyMart. A sense of maturity that I never imagined from the refreshing appearance of the bottle... It was already a year old bottle...! Next time, I'd like to pair it with something simmered or something. Tonight, I paired it with marinated and then roasted striped horse mackerel.
