うえぽんObtained at a Fukui Prefecture product exhibition at a department store. It is a brand name of the Funaki Sake Brewery in Kitanosho. It is described as "a sake for connoisseurs, with a rich and deep rice flavor.
It has little of the fruity flavor that is so popular nowadays, but it has a pleasantly robust quality made from Fukui's Shinriki rice.
It seems to be a good sake when you are thinking that it is time for something more than just a gentle sake. It is a good choice for those times when you want something more than just a gentle sake. ぽちぽちPurchased at the Fukui Products Exhibition.
It has a round taste like pure rice.
BrownieMouth because it doesn't interfere with cooking k-tThe Olympics got me in a high mood, so I bought some expensive liquor that I normally wouldn't buy. I think it's called a ripple effect.
It's gorgeous and thick, but the aftertaste cuts through quickly, so you don't get tired of drinking it. Maa.Congratulations on 300 check-ins, k-t 🎉🎉!
Long way to go drinking, thanks for the fun😊.
Keep up the good sake life😄. k-tThank you maa! I didn't notice it at all until you mentioned it. The day when I can drink outside seems to be still far away, so for now I'll study by myself at home. katherineI've heard it's called "Funaki" in Japanese. 😅
Sake is hard to name 😆.
I bought this because I was told it was fruity and wine-like, but it has a woody taste that makes it seem like "The Sake" to me.
I've heard that Shinriki rice is a reissued sake rice, but isn't it listed in the dancyu's sake rice feature? RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
