Daiginjo Gin no Hitomi
Kitaya Corporation. 16% alcohol by volume. Sake degree +6. Polishing ratio 50%. Gin no Sato" produced in Yame, Fukuoka Prefecture is used.
Fruity and light. It is a dry sake with a crisp taste. It seems to be a sake that the world recognizes and has won at international shows.
Personally, I like to eat it with burnt or roasted food.
It goes well with grilled oysters and yuzusuko.

This Daiginjo is brewed slowly at low temperature using 50% polished "Gin no Sato" rice, which is suitable for sake brewing, and has a fruity ginjo aroma and a light, crisp taste.
I forgot to post this.
I drank it a month ago, so I don't remember much about it, but I think it was a fruity drink.
It's also available in supermarkets, so it's good to know it's affordable.
It has sweetness and umami behind the sourness. It has a refreshing taste and is easy to drink. It's a good sake that is nicely packaged. I thought the sweetness would come out as it was cooled.
