I went out to Gunma yesterday and got this one directly from the brewery.
(Japan is a country where you can buy local sake anywhere in the country, so it's fun to go out)
It's a refreshing sake with a sweet and bitter fruity aftertaste that spreads quickly on the palate and quickly fades away.
We enjoy it very much.
Maybe it tastes better after the second day!
