It's quite dry! It doesn't have the fruity feel that is so popular these days, it's more like a rugged sake. It also has a strong sake aftertaste.
If you like dry sake, this is the one for you.
It's dry. I'm having it with sashimi of Hatsu Gatsuo with garlic and ginger. I don't think it goes that well with it lol.
But it's a good match with my mother-in-law's very strong flavored kyarabuki.
