The third bottle of sake purchased on our trip to Niigata, Jange. As I expected from the clerk's comment that it was the best of the three, it was delicious. It was summery and super refreshing. It was a typical Niigata sake with a crisp and clean finish. No acidity, mild aroma.

This sake was given to me over the weekend at the izakaya "Sake Rak" in Takadanobaba. This jange was the last sake I had at the restaurant. It has a sweetness on the palate, but the overall taste is sharp and minerally with a standing bitterness.
