The first aroma is soft and fruity. The palate has a pleasant acidity with a nice sharpness. The lingering bitterness on the tongue is an impression not found in Kabutomushi. I started drinking it at 5 degrees Celsius, but I felt the nuances were better suited after the temperature had risen a little.

さけまる

The aroma is not assertive, but the mouthfeel is fruity and sweet. It has almost no sake-like flavor and can be drunk as if it were a white wine. The initial sweetness does not linger and there is no persistent aftertaste. It is best served well chilled and enjoyed as a summer sake.

Corked at 5 degrees and started drinking. The aroma is less assertive. In the mouth, you can taste the umami of junmai sake, but it is not cloying and has a good sharpness. Ideal as a mid-meal drink. As the temperature rises, the aftertaste becomes a little longer. Paired with oshinko and tempura. If the taste is too strong, it may be too much for a meal, so Japanese food would be better.
