It doesn't have much aroma.
When I put it in my mouth, it has a flavor that I don't like.
It smells like a classic type of sake.
However, it doesn't last long, and after that, you can feel the refreshing taste of rice that is typical of Kochi. You can also feel the acidity.
Compared to Aki Tora and Minami, it is a little thicker.
It does not have a crisp finish, but leaves a little residue.
For better or worse, it is an unrefined classic type of sake.
It has the image of a mountain sake rather than a sea sake.

This is Nishioka Sake Brewery.
First time, Fujimusume. The aroma is gorgeous, but the sweetness is moderate. The bitterness and astringency are strongly felt in the aftertaste. The aftertaste is not sharp, but it is refreshing.
It has a solid alcohol feeling like a Tosa sake. The rice polishing rate is 55%, but it has more depth than we imagined. It is a sake for men.
The taste is more like mellow than light.
It is a sake that you want to drink with sashimi.
Yesterday we had it with sashimi of tuna, and today we had it with an assortment.

I wanted to go with Shimanto's natural eel, but they said they didn't have it, so it was farmed. If you want to pay 10,000 yen, it's different, but the farmed one is definitely tastier, said some of the locals. With local sake Fujimusume.
It's light and easy to drink. But it will be dry afterwards.
