It was a gift (novelty). 2010, so it's 10 years old...really? It has no peculiarity at all, so it was easy to drink. The bitterness is a little strong, but basically it's easy to drink like water. I tried to heat it up in the microwave, but it didn't change the taste much. I wonder what it will be like after 10 years. I'm a little curious.
The cork stopper is stylish, but it took us a few days to open the 720ml bottle, so it was a bit of a challenge (we used plastic wrap and rubber bands).

熟成酒。酒の旨味、コク、芳醇な香りが口に含んだ瞬間に広がります。深い味わいでありながら、くどいわけではなく、バランスよくしっかりまとまっていて思った以上に飲みやすい！
熟成酒と聞いてクセが強そうと覚悟してましたが、想像以上に美味しいです。
今夜もたくさん飲んでしまいそう(^^)

見た目は、ワインボトル…しかし、しっかりした日本酒🍶上品なワインの様でなく、若干、雑味、アルコールがたっている感じ…見た目と違い、ザ.日本酒といった感じです。
