I bought it at Kuwanaya Sake Shop in Sakurashinmachi.
Something like, according to the shopkeeper, a fantastic sake.
Very mellow, brewed in 2016 and aged for 4 years! The alcohol is also the ultimate in maturity.
It is soft on the palate and accented with a bit of acidity.
I want to drink it with sushi🍣
