Purchased at Japan Meat. It was written that it couldn't be wholesaled to restaurants in Corona and sold.
It is made from "Kyo no Shine" produced in Kyoto and polished to 50%.
It is like a sweet melon in your mouth.
I paired it with tuna sashimi, but it seems to go well with a variety of Japanese dishes.
It may be a little similar to Ottersai.
