Purchased at a liquor store in Sendai. 2,860 yen. Rice used: Kuranohana Rice polishing ratio: 60%. Sake content: +2 Acidity: 1.8 I bought this sake at the end of the year and saved it until the new year. We had katsudon for dinner this evening. I wondered how it would be with a pork cutlet bowl, but I wanted to drink it as soon as possible, so I opened the package. There is almost no ginjo aroma. It's just slightly fizzy and has a petite texture. The rice flavor comes out well, too. Mmmm, delicious 😆 . My first impression was that it had the grapefruit flavor of Kirin Mets. And for some reason, it reminds me of Pocari Sweat, too. Strange🤔 I can't stop drinking it, but if I'm not careful, I'll end up drinking too much, so I'll stop after about three cups.

First Class Sake for ANA International Flight Raw material name: Hidahomare Polishing ratio 55 Sake degree +3 Acidity 1.4 Purchased at a supermarket in Sendai. 2,618 yen including tax. I bought it because the price was cheap and the reviews were very good. When I opened the bottle, I could smell the ginjo aroma. The color is quite yellowish. Now, how does it taste? Ummm, yummmm 😋 I paired it with Yakiniku, but it didn't lose at all. No, rather, it's winning. It's thicker than expected. The sauce for yakiniku is also very thick. It's thick from start to finish. It feels like the ginjo aroma comes with it all the time. The richness is deepened considerably. Next time, I thought I'd try it with something with a stronger flavor, but when I looked at the brewery's website, there was a picture of sashimi on it. Hmmm, is that right?

I drank it again about 10 days after that and the taste had changed, so I reposted it. The taste is so mild that you wonder what it was like last time. The flavor of the rice comes out well. It tastes like a Junmai Ginjo. It's good in its own way. A repeat.

Purchased at a liquor store in Sendai. 2,970 yen Gin no Iroha Polishing ratio 50%. This sake is made from a sake rice called "Gin no Iroha", which was recommended by the okami. Gin no Iroha" is a sake rice developed at the Furukawa Agricultural Experiment Station in Miyagi Prefecture, which has excellent cold resistance. The quality of the sake is mellow and soft on the palate. I drank it right away, and it is indeed "Gin no Iroha". Mmmm, yummmm 😆 . It has a mellow and soft mouthfeel. It's really mellow and soft on the palate, and with 50% of the sake rice removed, it tastes like a Junmai Daiginjo 😄. You can drink it before or during dinner😃. I've been trying to cut back on my drinking, but I just can't do it.

Purchased at Japan Meat. It was written that it couldn't be wholesaled to restaurants in Corona and sold. It is made from "Kyo no Shine" produced in Kyoto and polished to 50%. It is like a sweet melon in your mouth. I paired it with tuna sashimi, but it seems to go well with a variety of Japanese dishes. It may be a little similar to Ottersai.
