Kagawa Prefecture's sake is basically umami. It has a lot of rice flavor. The color is a little golden. The aroma is moderate. I'd like to warm it up, too.

Gentle and mellow. ★★★★★ 5 points I'm in Takamatsu on business, day 6. I highly recommend "Umi Oyaji" in front of Takamatsu station. The Kinryo from the other day is delicious, but this Sanbei (Kawatsuru Brewery) unfiltered nama is mellow yet refreshing, so I can't stop drinking it. They didn't have enough for one bottle today and were out of stock, but I love sake! I said, "I love sake!" and they secretly served me the remaining sake. We also had some sake from Sanuki. Tempura of fugu fish and grilled bonito. Happy.
