The 10th Osaka Jizake Tenma Daizakekai 2024④.
Naniwa Masamune's booth.
I had drunk Naniwa Masamune before I started Sake-no-wa, but I remember that it was old and twitchy when I found it at the liquor store.
Naniwa Masamune Natsusei Junmai Ginjo
The day before I went there, bouken-san sent me a picture of "Sakamatsu Natsusei" that he tasted at the liquor store, and he said it was the same sake but with a different label.
The taste and mouthfeel were so refreshing that I thought it was water.
Mr. Bouken, who drank it the day before, said, "What? He was twisting his neck while saying, "What?
Natsusei Ginjo
This one is also refreshing and has the same feeling as the Junmai Ginjo, but with a slight bitterness.
In my opinion, I don't think I like summer sake itself very much. I think summer sake is too refreshing...I'll try a non-summer sake next time.
According to bouken's information, there is an official account for Naniwa Masamune at Sake no Wa... 🤫.
