This is one fancy yogurt!
It was recommended to me and I drank it at an izakaya in Takarazuka City that I hadn't visited in a while.

It looks nice and cloudy, and the ori is dancing in the glass.
It is slightly sweet, but has a light sourness.
Is it the water that accumulates on top of the yogurt? Whey?
But it's really good!
There's no bad taste at all, and you can drink it with gusto.

First time in a brewery
It's an autumnal saké, but it's a raw saké, so it's not a hiyaoroshi.
I bought it at a liquor store as a recommendation for a hot drink.
In cold brew, the aroma is virtually non-existent.
It's clean and crisp, but

It's 15% alcohol by volume, but it's a bit strong.
